Merlin Hyuseinova

Merlin is Office Manager at Axon Lawyers, responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the firm. She coordinates a broad range of operational and administrative matters and is closely involved in client onboarding, compliance processes, HR matters, office projects and the organisation of events, making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

She is the go-to person for colleagues with practical or organisational questions and works closely with all teams to make sure things get arranged efficiently and correctly.

Merlin holds a master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam. Her legal background gives her a solid understanding of the environment she supports and helps her approach organisational matters with a structured, precise mindset.

In her work, Merlin enjoys bringing structure to complex or practical matters, finding solutions and making sure things actually get done. She is organised, reliable, enthusiastic and hands-on, with a strong eye for detail. In her free time, Merlin likes travelling, whether it’s exploring far away destinations and discovering new cultures or going on shorter city trips. She also enjoys hiking, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
