When disputes or enforcement action arise, we defend you in product safety and liability disputes involving hazardous substances, defective coatings, or non-compliant plastics, and assist with trade and market access restrictions, including export controls and import regulations. We also challenge enforcement actions, regulatory decisions, and product bans before EU and national authorities.
